1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gennie, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Proprietary Rights and License

Gennie is a proprietary software product. This project is NOT open source. All rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all source code, design elements, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Gennie and its owner. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any portion of this software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Service Access and Subscription

The service is currently provided to users free of charge. However, the owner of Gennie reserves the right to enable subscription requirements at any time. If a subscription model is activated, existing users understand that they must purchase an applicable plan to maintain access to paid features or the service as a whole. Continued use of the service after a subscription model is enabled constitutes acceptance of the new billing terms.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gennie, its owner, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the owner operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
